Adam Epstein

Adam Epstein concentrates his practice in personal injury, medical malpractice and class action litigation. Mr. Epstein is known for his aggressive yet tactical pursuit of justice on behalf of his clients who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of others. He has helped recover millions of dollars for his clients in numerous complex and high-profile matters. Some examples of the cases he has worked on included: Because of his many successes, Mr. Epstein has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018 (2018 – 2025) and a Super Lawyer in 2026. Prior to joining Mazie Slater in 2014, Mr. Epstein worked at a prominent defense litigation firm, where he defended the very type of cases he now pursues, providing him with a unique perspective on how to litigate these matters. Mr. Epstein is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Epstein is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out and playing golf.
