Bryan DuBon

I am an experienced commercial litigator with a strong background in handling high-stakes domestic and international disputes. I have developed and executed complex litigation strategies in multi-million-dollar cases, argued dispositive motions in both state and federal courts, and provided guidance to corporations on governance and risk management. My practice encompasses areas such as trade secret litigation, shareholder disputes, corporate governance deadlocks, breaches of fiduciary duties, corporate acquisitions involving misstated financials (sometimes referred to as “cooked books”), and cross-border judgment domestication. I earned my law degree with Honors from the University of Michigan Law School. For my undergraduate studies, I attended the University of Florida, where I graduated in the top 5% of my class.
