Kacey Ziegler

Kacey Ziegler is an Attorney with over ten years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law and over twenty years of experience in real estate issues. Kacey works with her estate planning clients to find the best option to meet their goals and budget. She also represents families to navigate the difficulties of probate, adult guardianships, or Medicaid qualification. Kacey speaks regularly to groups on the subject of revocable and irrevocable trusts, avoiding probate, and advanced directives. Kacey opened Maumelle Law Group in October 2023 after nine years as an associate attorney with another estate planning firm. Kacey's interest in real estate started with her seven years in the escrow department at Lenders Title Company. This led to her to a pursue a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law. Her time at law school included the invaluable experience of serving as a 3L law clerk for Honorable Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court. Before going into private practice, Kacey worked in compliance at the Little Rock Housing Authority and as Chief Investigator of the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission. She calls on these experiences as she works with landlords, tenants, and real estate investors. Kacey served on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce, and Maumelle Philanthropists. She is a former member of Junior League of Little Rock. Kacey is the proud mom of two children and fur-covered dog mom to an aussie shepherd/ blue heeler mix.
