About

I am the Managing Partner of the Firm, a Board Member, and part of the Firm’s four-person Executive Committee. Additionally, I chair the law firm's Family Law Practice and the general Appellate Practice. I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Attorney and honored to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. I have had the privilege of representing individuals from a variety of fields, including athletes, business owners, entertainers, executives, financial service professionals, lawyers, physicians, police officers, and teachers, as well as their spouses. I also serve as an Arbitrator in family law matters for attorneys across New Jersey. With a background as a former county and municipal prosecutor, I bring significant litigation experience, having handled jury trials, bench trials, and appellate and Supreme Court cases. These cases have spanned areas such as criminal law, personal injury, estate matters, and administrative law. I have served as counsel in over 80 Appellate Division and Supreme Court cases, including those involving landmark family law decisions such as Cardali v. Cardali, Bisbing v. Bisbing, Quinn v. Quinn, In re J.E.V., and Clark v. Clark. My efforts in these cases have been recognized with honors such as being a three-time New Jersey Law Journal “Attorney of the Year” finalist and receiving the Essex County Bar Association’s Family Practitioner of the Year award. Before joining Einhorn Barbarito, I had the opportunity to clerk for the Hon. B. Theodore Bozonelis, A.J.S.C. (ret.), Morris County Assignment Judge, and later for the Hon. Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D., in the Appellate Division. No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
