Joshua David Massingill

Joshua Massingill is an attorney based in Austin, Texas, and the founder of a highly rated Texas business and estate-planning law firm, which he has managed for more than a decade. A native Texan, he is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the nation’s top-ranked dispute resolution program, where he trained under some of the legal profession’s most respected practitioners. Joshua has developed deep expertise in negotiation and dispute resolution—skills honed while serving as Legislative Counsel to a United States Representative in Washington, D.C., refined during his work in the Texas Senate on complex regulatory and policy matters, and strengthened through years of guiding clients through multifaceted legal and business challenges. He served for six years on the Texas State Bar’s Law Practice Management Committee and has presented continuing legal education at the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting.
