Sean S. Modjarrad

Sean Modjarrad serves as the Managing Shareholder and founder of MAS Law, an award-winning personal injury law firm based in Dallas, Texas. Here, Sean represented Garcia’s wife and children in a federal lawsuit against the county, the sheriff's office, and the jail management company, contending that Garcia's civil rights had been violated under the Eighth Amendment, which protects prisoners from 'cruel and unusual punishment,' including 'deliberate indifference by prison personnel to a prisoner's serious illness or injury...' (Estelle v. Gamble, 429 U.S. 97 (1976)).
