Antonio L. Martinez

I’m Antonio Luciano Martinez, a transactional attorney and co-founding partner of Martinez & Morales in Coral Gables, Florida. My practice focuses on real estate, business, and asset transactions. I work with national corporate clients and private individuals, guiding them through all phases of property project development, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, businesses, and assets. I also assist national lending institutions with document preparation, negotiation, and the closing of complex commercial business and real estate loans. I began my legal career at a boutique real estate law firm, where I managed high-volume real estate closings and oversaw closing offices in five cities across Florida. In that role, I also supervised the policy, accounting, and post-closing departments, which allowed me to gain valuable operational and compliance experience in real estate law. Building on that foundation, I established the Law Offices of Antonio L. Martinez, which later became Martinez & Morales when I partnered with Raul Morales in 2014. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my practice, representing a wide range of clients in complex property and business matters. I earned my Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and my Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University. I currently serve as treasurer of the St. Thomas University Law Alumni Association, reflecting my dedication to my alma mater and the broader legal community. I’m an active member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section (RPPTL) and participate in the RPPTL Landlord-Tenant Committee and the RPPTL Condominium and Association Law Committee. Additionally, I serve as co-treasurer of the St. Agatha Home and School Board. Through my experience and leadership, I strive to provide practical, client-centered representation in all aspects of real estate and business transactions.
