R. Scott Johnson

Scott came to practice of law later in life than most. After spending many years in management roles, he decided to do what he had always planned to do as a child and go back to school to become an attorney. Admitted to the Bar in 2011, Scott worked primarily as a solo practitioner handling a wide range of cases before joining our firm in 2016. He has handled hundreds of disability cases before the Social Security Administration. Scott takes a lot of satisfaction in helping people when they are in difficult spots in their life and he finds that his focus on bankruptcy and personal injury cases gives him the perfect chance to make a difference.
