About

I'VE REPRESENTED HUNDREDS OF TRUCKDRIVER/CAR HAULERS. I KNOW THE TRUCKING AND CAR HAULER BUSINESSES. I've represented well over 100 UPS drivers and other drivers injured by lifting packages, or while driving, or by getting/out in out of the truck, or by slipping or tripping on ice or potholes, and, of course, by crashes. I know about the terrible injuries caused by falls from car haulers and tractors; the shoulder injuries due to the car hauler's tying down process, injuries caused by collisions or by stepping in potholes. For over 40 years, I've represented Teamsters in many southeast Michigan locals. I've represented injured workers in worker's compensation cases for over 40 years - not just truckdrivers, but also many, many building tradesmen (including electricians, millwrights, pipefitters, plumbers, iron workers). I also handle vehicle accident claims for negligence and PIP benefits (against insurers), and claims for injuries on or off the job, such as dog bites, slip and fall, construction accidents. Persistent, aggressive, tough, intelligent - these are the words insurance company lawyers have used to describe me. I'm a graduate of Harvard Law School, class of 1973 (check this out, if you want). I've taken cases to the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court and won them, for injured workers.
