Marlin E. Branstetter

I was born in Missouri but have lived in California for more than 50 years. After graduating law school, I established my firm in Orange County, where I have practiced for over 40 years. My practiced is focused solely on consumer bankruptcy. I do not represent banks or lenders (they have enough attorneys) I only represent consumers. In my years of practice, I have represented thousands of consumers in bankruptcy courts throughout Southern California. I also taught bankruptcy courses for over 30 years.
