William R. Sievers

Rob joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University before graduating from The Appalachian School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Student Bar Association President, and was awarded the American Bar Association SBA President of the Year award. Rob is admitted to practice in Virginia State and Federal Courts, including the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is on brief for two cases argued before the Supreme Court of the United States and several cases before the Virginia Supreme Court.
