I became an injury attorney because I witnessed firsthand how the legal system can fail hardworking people. My grandfather, a WWII veteran and small business owner, lost the business he built over 40 years due to environmental regulations he couldn’t have foreseen or afforded to remedy. Watching him struggle through that injustice during my high school years inspired me to fight for others facing similar challenges. Since earning my law degree over 25 years ago, I’ve dedicated my career to helping injury victims get fair treatment from insurance companies. While clerking in the City of Chicago’s Torts Division and working under mentor Jack R. Davis, I found my calling in advocating for those who are hurt, overlooked, and undercompensated. Out of law school, I worked for a defense firm initially for 3 years, where I learned invaluable insight into how employers and insurance carriers fight claims. I quickly changed to represent injured victims, my true passion. But, I am uniquely qualified to help those injured because I know what the defense side is thinking and how to counter their tactics. I founded this firm on the belief that justice should be accessible to everyone. My team and I take your case personally, working tirelessly to get you the medical care, financial support, and peace of mind you deserve.
