Mark Xiao

Mark Xiao is an Associate at Miller Shah LLP, based in the firm's New York office. Mark graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in June 2020, where he served as Executive Comments Editor for the Washington International Law Journal and was a Research Associate at the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic. During law school, Mark also clerked for two Administrative Law Judges at the Social Security Administration and interned with a private investment management firm. Before pursuing his legal career, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Mark focuses his practice on complex litigation, including employment, consumer, and whistleblower cases, as well as corporate matters for both U.S. and international companies. He also serves as Outside Counsel to Leapwork LLC, a global software company specializing in automation tools and support for major corporations.
