Mark Christian Atlee

Mark Atlee is a Partner at Atlee Hall who routinely takes on difficult cases in an effort to secure justice for individuals who have been injured due to others’ carelessness. Throughout his career, Mark has made it a priority to right wrongs to bring closure and allow his clients to move forward. While clients often come to the firm during the most difficult times in their lives, Mark believes that holding wrongdoers accountable allows injured individuals to gain back control and reclaim what they have lost. He finds it immensely fulfilling to empower clients to attain the potential they have always had. Mark brings a unique perspective to his practice, having previously worked for a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm in New York. Because he knows firsthand how doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies build their cases, he is able to anticipate defenses and develop successful strategies to counteract them. Additionally, having previously managed a high-volume defense caseload, Mark understands the value of taking on a limited number of cases at Atlee Hall to ensure each client receives the necessary time and personal attention. Since joining Atlee Hall as a partner in 2007, Mark has successfully represented clients in cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, automobile crashes, train crossing accidents, and trucking cases. He has secured numerous seven-figure settlements for clients over the course of his career. Mark earned his law degree magna cum laude from New York Law School and followed in the footsteps of his father, William Atlee, the founding partner of the firm. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Board of Governors and the American Association for Justice.
