Roger Ghai

Mr. Ghai’s goal is to provide excellent representation to all of his clients and to bring each client’s case to an equitable solution as soon as possible. Roger Ghai has represented clients in all types of injury cases such as automobile and trucking accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, defective drug cases, and wrongful death for twenty-five years. In many of his cases, lawsuits have been filed and jury trials held. Over the years Mr. Ghai has represented thousands of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. He is a former guest speak on 1380 WAOK radio station on the topic of bankruptcy. He has also litigated various issues in bankruptcy court.
