My broad experience allows me to understand and empathize with the needs and concerns of parties going through the many different family law issues of Divorce, such as Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Domestic Violence, property valuation and division. I know that settlement of disputed issues is less stressful and less expensive, and should always be attempted, however when cooperation and civility is not possible, my years of litigation experience, can achieve results which in turn, can lead to the voluntary resolution of disputes. Family Law disputes are often based on anger, fear, resentment and betrayal, but I have been able to resolve even the most confrontational cases so my clients can move forward with their lives I have been a Los Angeles Superior Court Mediator,Daily Settlement Officer and a Judge Pro Tem. I have presented numerous Continuing Education Programs through the South Bay Bar Association and appeared in the Superior Courts of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Inyo Counties. I have represented numerous Attorneys, Family Law Court Bailiffs as well as Judges and Commissioners in their own personal cases. My clients are important and helping them effectively is my focus.
