Adam Malone

Adam Malone is the managing partner of Malone Law Medical Malpractice and Severe Injury Lawyers, a firm founded by his father over 50 years ago. As an Atlanta medical malpractice lawyer, Mr. Malone focuses his practice on representing victims of medical malpractice and clients who suffered catastrophic injuries because of someone else’s negligent or intentional actions. Mr. Malone earned his B.A. degree from North Georgia Military College. He earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, graduating as his class valedictorian. After graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Malone is licensed to practice in all Georgia state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is also admitted to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Malone has handled medical malpractice cases involving all types of medical negligence, including medication errors, surgical errors, and emergency room errors. He has represented clients with all forms of injuries, including birth injuries and catastrophic injuries like brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputation injuries. Mr. Malone was successful in getting Georgia’s medical malpractice damage caps declared unconstitutional. Because of this ruling, victims of medical negligence can seek full compensation for their injuries. Mr. Malone has earned some of the legal profession’s highest honors.
