Since earning my Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2004, I have devoted 100% of my legal career to civil litigation. From the very beginning, my practice has focused exclusively on litigation. I handle cases from initial filing through trial and, when necessary, through the appellate process. Over the past two decades, I have developed extensive courtroom experience and a disciplined, strategy-driven approach to case preparation. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Malloy Law Offices, LLC, I represent clients in personal injury, complex civil litigation, business disputes, real estate litigation, and employment matters. My work centers on thorough investigation, strong evidentiary development, persuasive negotiation, and confident trial advocacy. I believe that effective litigation requires preparation, credibility, and the ability to present a clear and compelling case before a judge or jury. I am licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Florida, as well as in multiple federal courts.
