Rachel P. Patton

I have been a part of the legal profession for over 14 years, and have been a practicing attorney for the last 8 years. I learned at a young age how devastating the legal system can be and attempted to become a part of the solution shortly thereafter. After working in a private firm assisting those with debilitating injuries regain their livelihood, I learned how difficult the legal system can be to navigate. I have participated in legal research, assisted clients in both criminal and civil cases, have been an advocate through numerous bankruptcy proceedings, and helped clients plan for the future while protecting assets and loved ones. I have been fortunate enough to have learned from numerous well-respected and knowledgeable attorneys.Through my years in the legal industry, I have develpoed a passion for estate planning and ensuring that families and their loved ones are protected at a time when they need it most. As a mom of two, I understand the desire to protect the ones you love. As someone who has worked hard to be successful, I understand the desire to protet your assets. My goal is to help you do both.
