William Brooks Beckum

Mr. Beckum has over seventeen years of legal experience representing individuals and small businesses in civil litigation and estate planning matters. Mr. Beckum's civil litigation practice focuses on employment litigation and construction litigation. He represents individuals throughout the State of Alabama that have been wrongfully terminated as a result of discrimination (race, gender, pregnancy, religion, and disability) and also represents victims of sexual harassment and retaliation. His construction litigation practice focuses on representing individuals who have purchased a home or condominium with defective work. He has successfully represented numerous homeowners, condominium associations, and small business owners who have purchased buildings with construction defects. Mr. Beckum is a engineering graduate of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia and completed his law degree at Washington University in St. Louis in 2003.
