Frederick Michael Stangl

Fred Stangl is a longtime Lubbock resident and criminal defense attorney. A graduate of Texas Tech University, for more than 25 years, Stangl has defended clients charged with a variety of crimes. With extensive experience, Stangl is further certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Fred is a partner at Chappell, Lanehart & Stangl, one of the oldest criminal law firms continually operating in the South Plains. Stangl continues to represent clients at trial and out of the courtroom, assists with expunctions and orders of non-disclosure.
