Diana is a recognized expert in employment and privacy law, as well as a trained workplace investigator, executive coach, and mediator. Diana is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals in both European Union and U.S. Data Privacy. Diana has received mediation training from The Center for Understanding In Conflict, and was also trained by, and serves as an empaneled mediator for, The Northern District Court of California. In addition she mediates privately and as a member of the Contra Costa County Superior Court and the San Mateo County Bar Association. Diana completed over 100 hours of coursework in coaching fundamentals at the Coaches Training Institute, the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. She currently coaches executives in how to improve their professional image (particularly after being accused of harassment or discrimination), efficacy as a leader, and overall workplace success. Diana conducts workplace trainings, including sexual harassment, diversity, and data security trainings. Diana also performs workplace and Title IX educational institution investigations in Spanish and English, advises business owners on issues that arise in the workplace, and defends employers facing litigation.
