Jonathon Maddox

Mr. Maddox is a Corporate Attorney who handles anything from business formation, contracts, trademarking, licensing, and employment matters. As the founder of Maddox Law, P.C., Jonathon strives to take care of his clients and puts integrity above all else. Mr. Maddox graduated from Oak Brook College of Law in 2017 and is licensed in California. Prior to law school, Jonathon was an experienced entrepreneur and managed several businesses internationally as well as in the States. He has a heart for nonprofits and has served on various Boards for the past 12 years, as well as handled many 501c3 applications for clients over the years. Corporate law was a comfortable transition and natural extension from his experience in business, and through law school.
