Jaglinski is a personal injury attorney at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where he represents clients throughout Milwaukee and across Wisconsin who have been injured due to negligence. He is committed to guiding clients through every step of the legal process with compassion, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Seth earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2024. During his time at Marquette, he served as Fundraising and Event Planning Chair for the Labor & Employment Law Society, participated in the Sports Law Society, and mentored fellow students through the Marquette Law Mentorship Program. Seth developed strong advocacy and negotiation skills by competing in law school negotiation competitions and interning with Legal Action of Wisconsin, where he represented clients facing financial hardship. He also provided pro bono support through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics, reinforcing his dedication to accessible justice for all. Before law school, Seth earned his B.A. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where he made the Dean’s List five times. He was active in the Society for Human Resource Management, the Pre-Law Club, and the Men’s Club Hockey Team, and interned for the Honorable Judge John F. Manydeeds at the Eau Claire County Circuit Court. Outside the office, Seth enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, rock climbing, hunting, and fishing—activities that reflect his Wisconsin roots.
