Ty Kluesner

Ty J. Kluesner is a Milwaukee personal injury attorney at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, representing injured clients throughout Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, and communities across Wisconsin. His practice focuses on cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall injuries, unsafe property conditions, and other incidents caused by negligence. Ty earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for MacGillis Law Group, assisting the firm’s litigation team with personal injury and accident cases. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Before becoming an attorney, Ty spent more than two years as a litigation paralegal at MacGillis Law Group. In that role, he gained practical experience with every phase of a Milwaukee personal injury claim—from initial client intake and investigation to discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation. This work ultimately motivated him to pursue a legal career advocating for injured individuals. Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, Ty is a lifelong Wisconsin resident. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and playing guitar.
