About
Frank M. Gagliardi is a partner at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury law. Frank represents individuals and families throughout Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and communities across Wisconsin who have been injured in auto accidents, trucking crashes, dog bites, unsafe premises conditions, and medical negligence. Frank has handled thousands of personal injury claims and has successfully advocated for clients in both state and federal courts. His experience includes cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, commercial vehicle accidents, and complex liability disputes. Before joining MacGillis Law Group as an attorney, Frank served as a Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge. His time on the bench deepened his understanding of the legal system and provides him with a unique perspective on litigation, case evaluation, and courtroom strategy—an advantage he now uses to advocate for injured clients. Frank earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. A lifelong resident of Kenosha County, he has been actively involved in his community for decades. He has served as a long-time board member, President, and Safety Instructor for Lakeland Little League, and currently coaches high school softball players through the VA Glory Softball organization, helping student-athletes pursue college scholarship opportunities. Outside of his legal practice, Frank enjoys spending time with his family.
