Trent J Swift

Trent J. Swift has dedicated his legal career to litigation and advocacy. Prior to joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, Mr. Swift was associated with a general practice litigation firm, where he concentrated on complex commercial litigation and civil litigation. His expertise has led to numerous favorable verdicts and confidential settlements for his clients. Trent obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from New York University, followed by his law degree from New York Law School. During his time in law school, Trent served as a research assistant, collaborating with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) across Asia to raise awareness about human rights issues and implement strategies for preventing human rights violations. Beginning his legal career as a clerk for Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath immediately after law school, Mr. Swift also became a client of the firm in a medical malpractice case in the late 1990s. This unique perspective offers him valuable insights into both sides of the legal process.
