David R. Lynch is the founder of Lynch Law, PLLC, a solo practice in Jackson, Mississippi. He holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Mississippi. The firm concentrates on estate and trust litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, tax planning and controversy, and business advisory services. David's combined background in law, tax, and accounting gives him an integrated perspective that most attorneys cannot offer — particularly in disputes where business valuations, tax consequences, and fiduciary obligations overlap. Prior to founding the firm, David worked as a tax attorney and gained hands-on experience advising business owners on financial management and operational matters.
