Lawrence M. Kelly

Lawrence M. “Larry” Kelly is a partner at Luxenberg Garbett Kelly & George, P.C., and a Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist through the National Board of Trial Advocacy. For more than 40 years, he has represented injured people and their families, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (since 1983), the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A leader in the plaintiffs’ bar, Mr. Kelly serves as the 2024 President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, is a past president of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and previously served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (2013–2018). He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 1983. His work has been recognized by Super Lawyers (2006–2024), including the Top 50: Pittsburgh Super Lawyers list (2019–2024), and by organizations such as the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. A lifelong Lawrence County resident, Mr. Kelly is known for a client-first approach—“I won’t let anything bad happen to you.”
