Jordan Lulich

I’m a Board-Certified Florida Real Estate Attorney, focusing my practice on Real Property, Business, and Estate Planning Law. I work with a wide range of clients, including buyers, sellers, real estate agents and brokers, mortgage lenders, and individuals who are planning ahead to protect their legacy. A significant part of my practice involves title insurance, as I’m an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. I’m also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor, and I enjoy teaching real estate agents as well as presenting to brokerages on topics ranging from real estate law to estate planning. I’m an alumnus of Indian River Charter High School and earned both my Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. I’m proud to maintain an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, one of the most respected attorney rating systems, reflecting the recognition of my peers in the legal community.
