Luis Dena Osollo

Luis Dena Osollo is an American Lawyer & Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. Similar to legal relationships between parties and property in different states, private international law is intended to govern the relationships of private parties and property between national jurisdictions. Mr. Osollo's practice is limited to international tax planning law, international business transactions, and procedural law in international disputes. As a Solicitor of England and Wales Mr. Osollo is eligible to practice law in various Commonwealth realms, including certain European nations and principalities post-BREXIT, as well as specific member nations of ASEAN and BRICS. The limited practice areas of international tax & business planning law involves other personal subject areas such as estate taxation & planning, including multi-national trust and estate planning, and conflict of laws. Generally, international tax and business planning involves advising on and structuring inbound, outbound, or foreign-to-foreign asset transfers; structuring permanent establishments, subsidiaries, branches, international joint ventures and partnerships; managing income taxation of foreign currency fluctuations, and overseeing international corporate reorganizations and liquidations to minimize tax exposure. Additionally, Mr. Osollo oversees compliance with the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvement Act with respect to the extra-territorial application of US antitrust laws, the Competition Act of 1998 (U.K.), and articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union; anti-corruption and anti-money laundering regulations, conducts internal investigations, and oversees enforcement related to the aforementioned practice areas.
