Mr. Disparte has extensive experience in the field of tax controversy. Prior to establishing Disparte Tax Law, Mr. Disparte was an tax attorney with a prominent law firm in San Diego where he practiced in the fields of taxation controversy, business law, and civil litigation. Mr. Disparte gained extensive experience in tax procedure and controversy, corporate law, and tax analysis associated with corporations and high net worth individuals. Mr. Disparte also worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Maren Nelson of the Superior Court in Los Angeles. Mr. Disparte received his LL.M. in Taxation with Distinction and received Dean’s List honors from the Georgetown University Law Center. He also earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Brigham Young University. During law school, Mr. Disparte served as an editor and board member for the International Law and Management Review, and he was a member of his law school’s award-winning Vis International Arbitration Moot Court team.
