Anthony A. Lo Presti

Anthony A. LoPresti has represented clients in diverse fields such as bio-tech, architectural design, publicly traded technology corporations, oil & gas, fashion, entertainment, publishing, top restaurants & restaurant groups. Anthony has also represented numerous creative ventures in film, TV, theatre & music, and is an Associate Producer of the 2014 Academy Award winning film The Lady in Number 6 and Executive Producer of Imminent Threat (2015) a documentary on the War on Terror and its impact on civil liberties. Anthony is the Founder of Lima Charlie Media, a company that publishes Lima Charlie News, featuring news, insight & analysis by military veterans, intelligence professionals & foreign policy experts worldwide. In 2017 Lima Charlie News was voted “least biased” and “highly factual in reporting” by media watchdog group Media Bias / Fact Check. In 2018, Anthony formed Bourne International (Bourne.One) an international business consulting group. On a pro bono basis, Anthony has represented numerous charitable entities as well as public officials, including members of the U.S. Congress, the New York City Council, New York Governor David Patterson, the NYFD Uniformed Fire Officers Association & non-profits supporting, among other things, veterans, education, the disabled, health care, human rights, civil rights, & environmental rights. Anthony wrote for the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights & his honors and awards include the Professor Lung-Chu Chen Award for Excellence in the Field of Human Rights (1996) & the prestigious Common Cause "Holding Power Accountable Award" (2003) which lauded Anthony as "a distinguished attorney who … helped promote a more open, honest and accountable democracy in New York State."
