Michelle Aulivola

Michelle Aulivola, Esq. is a partner in the Law Firm of Long Tuminello, LLP. Since having joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2006, Ms. Aulivola has practiced extensively in the areas of civil litigation and appeals in both the State and Federal Courts. Ms. Aulivola's experience and expertise cover many areas of civil litigation, including contract disputes, real property disputes, commercial litigation. A large part of Ms. Aulivola's practice focuses on the representation of attorneys and other licensed professionals who are being investigated or prosecuted for alleged ethical or professional misconduct. Ms. Aulivola is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
