Ryan M Wechsler

Ryan Wechsler proudly represents victims of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic and neurological injury, and various other physical, mental, and emotional harms caused by negligent third parties. Ryan regularly appears in courtrooms throughout the state of Florida, having litigated thousands of cases caused by car accidents, trucking wrecks, boating accidents, and negligently maintained premises. Ryan routinely secures millions of dollars for his clients and has established a reputation as a fierce trial lawyer with a "never back down" approach. Ryan refuses to permit insurance companies to take advantage of his clients, and prides himself in his work ethic and in his attention to detail. When he is not litigating and taking cases to trial, Ryan cherishes his time with his wife and children. Ryan's wife is a successful lawyer too. Outside of his law practice and family life, Ryan officiates men's college basketball for the NCAA, Ryan's favorite avocation. Before becoming a lawyer, Ryan graduated with honors from Florida State University and attended The Florida State University College of Law, where he was an editor for the Florida State University Business Review and achieved Book Awards (highest grade) in multiple classes. Ryan has published articles in the UCLA Entertainment Law Review and Florida State University Law Review, and is an aficionado for film, music, history, and true crime.
