I am a Partner at Loftus & Eisenberg, Ltd., and I bring nearly two decades of trial experience to the firm’s work in complex commercial litigation, class action, and professional liability cases. As a trial lawyer in the truest sense, I have tried cases to jury verdict in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and I have litigated challenging commercial and regulatory matters across the Midwest. In every case I handle, I believe preparation, not posturing, is the key to success. Whether I am representing a Fortune 500 manufacturer, a qui tam relator exposing fraud against the federal government, or a business pursuing claims against a larger and better-resourced adversary, I approach each matter with a disciplined, trial-ready mindset.
