Teddi Bouffard

Teddi Shihadeh Bouffard is an associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. Her practice covers every type of family law matter in Virginia, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation and support cases. Ms. Bouffard works in the firm’s Manassas office and represents clients throughout Manassas and Prince William County. Ms. Bouffard worked at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs for 17 years, serving as Branch Chief for Multilateral Affairs for five years. As a senior negotiator, she led complex, high-stakes global negotiations across governmental agencies and with foreign governments and industries, while liaising with Congress to protect U.S. public policy and legal interests. Ms. Bouffard earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2013, where she focused on family law and international law. Prior to that, she attended George Washington University and earned a B.S. in Political Science and Psychology in 2008. Ms. Bouffard currently holds a perfect 10.0 rating from Justia. Ms. Bouffard resides in Prince William County with her husband, two children and their dog Maverick.
