Lisa Lefante

I joined Triangle Smart Divorce after a twenty-one-year journey that felt both inevitable and long overdue. For twenty-one years, I’ve known Jenny Bradley, and from the very beginning, we clicked. We often say we’ve taught each other everything we know about Family Law. I bring years of experience in Family Law to Triangle Smart Divorce. My legal career began in 1989, and since then, I’ve focused almost entirely on the complexities of Family Law. I’m proud to be a member of the New Jersey, North Carolina, and United States Supreme Court Bars. I’m known for my determination, which I’ve earned through years of hard work. After graduating cum laude from Lafayette College, I attended Cornell Law School. I’ll gladly tell you about trudging to class uphill both ways through knee-deep snow—something anyone who’s been to Ithaca, New York, can probably relate to. While I’ve worked extensively in all areas of Family Law—divorce, child custody, property division, support and alimony, paternity suits, and prenuptial agreements—I also believe strongly in avoiding court whenever possible. That said, I have significant litigation experience and have dedicated time to serving as a Parenting Coordinator.
