I definitely feel my area of practice in Family Law or Divorce is the most interesting and complicated field of law there is; and I balance it with Estate Planning, which includes Wills, Trusts, powers of attorney, and Living Wills. Family law includes: Property division, business division, protective orders, temporary orders, child support, parenting time (formerly known as visitation), legal decision-making authority (formerly known as custody), and spousal maintenance. Your case may need experts in financial, business, rehabilitative, or psychological evaluations. So, it is important to assess these issues early. For Business law, I only file businesses with the State of Arizona or transfer them here from other states. I passed my first bar in California in 1989, then in Arizona in 2015, so have many years of experience.
