Christopher S. Lipari

Attorney Christopher Lipari is a seasoned personal injury attorney with a strong background in complex litigation, particularly in wrongful death and personal injury cases. Since 2007, he has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, the highest level of specialty certification for trial lawyers in the state. Chris has also been recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers for his exceptional legal skills and dedication. In addition to personal injury cases, Chris has extensive experience in commercial litigation, employment law, and insurance coverage disputes. He also represents clients in insurance subrogation cases involving defective products, automobile negligence, liquor liability, fire loss, oil contamination, and professional negligence. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College and went on to obtain his law degree from Widener University School of Law.
