I've developed unique specialties in helping Web 2.0 companies with everything from commercial transactions to merger & acquisitions as well as advertising and e-commerce compliance. My background in International Economics and Finance together with my education from Stanford Law School provide me with a unique view to help small and mid-sized businesses grow and succeed in todayâs competitive marketplace.
