Kelsey Gorman

I am an associate in Lindabury’s Business & Financial Services group. In 2023, I had the opportunity to work with Lindabury as a Summer Associate. Before joining the firm, I gained experience as a Summer Intern at the Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Rutgers University. During my time there, I supported the Litigation, Transactional, Health Care, and Labor and Employment practice groups by conducting research, drafting briefs, and preparing memos. I earned my law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where I served as a Notes Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review. Additionally, I was an Event Coordinator for the Rutgers Law Society for Corporate Law & Governance.
