Daniel Zachariah

Daniel Zachariah is a confident lawyer with a an interesting background and wide knowledge base. Daniel graduated with double honors in Psychology and Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh while minoring in Religious Studies; He subsequently earned his J.D from Temple University’s Beasley school of law in Philadelphia. Daniel has worked over the years to advocate the rights of minorities and the less privileged in federal and state courts. From his Undergraduate days, Daniel has maintained a passion for justice and defending human rights to establish a lawful and equitable society. He served across positions in offices nationally, including a two-year judicial clerkship with the first judicial district in Philadelphia; the same passion and values he still imbibes in his practice today. A public defender with over four years of experience across multiple offices and various legal fields, Daniel has handled and won lawsuits in abuse, divorce, and custodial cases both in and outside the courtroom, including DNA and forensics in criminal cases, cyber security and mapping, capital cases, juvenile law, cash bail reform and researched potential police-misconduct appeals for state policy changes. Daniel is a member of the New Jersey state bar association and other distinguished legal bodies with winning appearances in municipal, administrative, state, and federal courts advocating the clients’ rights lawsuits such as criminal, family, civil rights, funeral industry defense, and personal injury. Daniel leverages his diverse educational background and experience as a public attorney with private legal practice to establish and defend clients’ rights and represent them comprehensively.
