Len Matthew Garza

For over a decade, attorney Len Garza has represented companies, business owners, and other stakeholders regarding a wide variety of business matters including entity formation, corporate governance, joint ventures, and more. Len routinely represents his clients in the reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of a wide variety of business agreements including those with shareholders, vendors, clients, and partners. Len also counsels' clients on estate planning matters, including the formation of trusts, wills and other structures, all designed to transfer assets to heirs and to charities in a tax-efficient manner that respects the values of his clients. He serves as a Volunteer Advocacy Ambassador for Autism Speaks and he is a member of the Board of Trustees for Enable, Inc., a non-profit provider of services, resources and support for adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities in Central New Jersey. Len is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted to all federal courts in the major metropolitan areas of those jurisdictions. Len is also licensed in Maryland.
