Lyndsey Duncan-Loose

I am Lyndsey Duncan-Loose, an estate planning attorney based in Tucson and Oro Valley. My practice is primarily centered around creating and managing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and deeds. I also provide assistance with special needs planning, planning for blended families, and updating estate plans from other states. In addition to these services, I handle probate and estate administration. I have been practicing law since 2016 and made the transition to focus on estate planning in 2021. Currently, I am working as Of Counsel at Legacy Law Arizona.
