About
Vadim Mzhen has represented individuals in all categories of personal injury cases. These include claims related to car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, bike accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and abuse, pharmacy errors and misfills, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death and survival actions, as well as all other matters involving severe personal injury. Vadim Mzhen is admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland. Vadim is an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association, as well as various bar associations in Maryland. Vadim has successfully litigated cases throughout the District and Circuit Courts of the State of Maryland, both on the western and eastern shores, and in the Federal Courts located in the State of Maryland. Vadim has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2021-2025. Vadim Mzhen received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and was the recipient of the Cwikla Award, Moore School of Electrical Engineering in 1987, and Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law (with honors) in 1992 where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Associations. Upon the completion of law school, Mr. Mzhen entered private practice with the law firm now known as Venable, LLC. His practice was centered on corporate, transactional and taxation matters. Mr. Mzhen was a founding partner of the firm Lebowitz & Mzhen Personal Injury Lawyers in 1996 where he has limited his practice to representing Plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
