Stephen H. Lebovitz, Esquire Stephen H. Lebovitz, Esquire is a third-generation attorney and principal of Lebovitz & Lebovitz, P.A., a Pittsburgh law firm with roots dating to the 1930s. He earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989. Mr. Lebovitz was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989 and later to the Maine Bar in 1992 and the Florida Bar in 1993. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. His practice is litigation-focused and includes civil and commercial disputes, real estate matters, family law, estate planning, and tax-related work. He has extensive experience in real estate development, construction, planning, and valuation, and has represented condominiums and closely held organizations. He regularly advises individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and complex real estate matters involving significant assets and long-term ownership structures. His business and finance background has been particularly valuable in matters involving securities regulation and FINRA-related issues.
