Michael Francis Yagercik

I am a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania with an active practice based in Beaver Falls. In 2025, I joined the Education and Outreach team for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Pennsylvania, an organization that supports Pennsylvania’s judges, lawyers, their families, and law students dealing with mental health and/or substance use challenges. I have also been a volunteer with LCL since 2020. I have been operating my private practice, the Law Office of Michael F. Yagercik, in Beaver Falls since 2019. My practice primarily focuses on criminal defense, family law, and dependency matters. Before opening my firm, I served as both an Assistant District Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender in Beaver County. I earned my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Saint Vincent College in 2002 and went on to receive my J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2006. I currently live in Beaver County with my wife, Sarah, and our two daughters, Anastasia and Alexandra. Additionally, I serve on the board of Drug and Alcohol Services of Beaver Valley, a treatment facility located in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
