Jennifer Lee Lawrence

I have been practicing law for three decades in both Ohio and Kentucky, focusing my work on cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home issues, personal injury, and wrongful death. Over the years, I have represented clients in individual lawsuits as well as in multi-district litigation against manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. I have also had the privilege of presenting legal arguments before the Ohio and Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Courts. One significant case I handled involved representing the Russell family against Johnson and Johnson, which was decided by the Kentucky Supreme Court. My work is centered on advocating for individuals and families who have endured catastrophic injuries. I handle cases comprehensively, from the initial stages through trial or settlement, often resolving matters through mediation. My goal is not only to help families understand what happened and why the negligence occurred but also to contribute to improving the quality of healthcare for others in the future. I am proud to hold an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, as does my firm. I have also been recognized as a Super Lawyer in both Ohio and Kentucky, and in 2026, I was listed among the Top 25 Super Lawyer Women Attorneys in Kentucky.
