I have been practicing in the field of personal injury law for more than 40 years. I enjoy the close relationships, which I build with my clients throughout the course of a case. I do my best to put my clients at ease and trust that they feel safe and secure in the environment we have created in our firm. I represent people who suffer personal injuries arising from all types of motor vehicle accidents, such as car, bus, truck, and commercial vehicles. Also, injuries from motor vehicle accidents arising from uninsured and under-insured motor vehicles. I also prosecute slip and fall cases against commercial property owners, supermarkets and big box stores. I also represent people who have been injured by dog bites. In addition, I represent people injured in the course of their employment. These are commonly referred to as workers comp cases. In addition, I defend people charged with any type of motor vehicle violations (tickets), DWI, possession of CDS and other matters handling in our state's municipal courts.
